We accept returns, but only if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. If you are unsure about a product you are ordering, please feel free to email or call us for further clarification. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us by emailing contact@mercadocoron.com.

If the return is for an exchange, we will need to charge you for your new order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original order minus shipping charges. Please repack your order and indicate the reason for your return on the back of the packing slip. Please mail your package to the address below.
